One of our custom TEC brand Standard transmission overhaul kits. The kit contains all the correct gaskets, bearings and seals for your transmission. You are sure to get the right parts every time. Plus, you get a breakdown sheet of the transmission. This is a stock # SMK K246 kit for a New Process (NP) 136, 236, or 246 Transfer Case, used in several different Chevy, GMC trucks and vans including Astro, Safari, S10, Silverado, Siera, etc... from 1998-up (picture shows a kit for an NP205, this auction is for the same kit only for a NP136, NP236, NP246). This is the aluminum, chain driven unit (electric shift) that was used in many small trucks from 98-up (round tag on back case will have model # starting with NP136, NP236, or NP246). This is a combination kit, so it will fit all three of these models. The kit comes with all of the main bearings, seals, gaskets (along with silicone gasket maker), and necessary small parts for this rebuild.
