Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm PST (closed weekends and major holidays).

Shipping Policy: While every effort will be made to ship items as soon as possible (usually same business day), we cannot guarantee same day shipping. Your best odds for same day shipping is to order before 1pm EST.

Online Transmission Parts offers the following Returns Policy:

Returns accepted in new, resalable condition within 6 months of original purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. A 10% fee to cover restocking will be charged on returned merchandise (except core returns). No returns on special order items, printed materials, or used parts.
