One of our custom TEC brand transfer case overhaul kits. The kit contains all the correct gaskets, bearings and seals for your transfer case. You are sure to get the right parts every time. Plus, you get a breakdown sheet of the transmission. This is a stock # SMK K231 kit for a New Process (NP) 231 Transfer Case, used in several different Chevy, GMC, Jeep, Dodge small trucks including Wrangler, Cherokee, S10, Blazer, Dakota, etc... from 1989-up (picture shows a kit for an NP205, this auction is for the same kit only for a NP231). This is the aluminum, chain driven unit (mechanical or electric shift) that was used in many small trucks from 89-up (round tag on back case will have model # starting with NP231 - could be NP231D, NP231DHD, NP231A, NP231J, NP231C, etc...). This is a combination kit, so it will fit all NP231's. The kit comes with all of the main bearings, seals, gaskets (along with silicone gasket maker), and necessary small parts for this rebuild.
