One of our custom TEC brand Standard transmission overhaul kits. The kit contains all the correct gaskets, bearings and seals for your transmission. You are sure to get the right parts every time. Plus, you get a breakdown sheet of the transmission. This is a stock # SMK K297 kit for an early (1963-1965) Muncie M20-M21-M22 4 speed transmission. This was used on most GM/Chevy/Pontiac, etc... Muscle cars of the time (please email for specific applications or check our store for other kits). The way you can tell you have a 63-65 muncie is that it has a .877" (aka 7/8") diameter countershaft pin. The kit comes with all the bearings, gaskets, seals, and various small parts necessary for this rebuild. Note: The picture shows a kit with synchro rings, but this kit will not include the rings. We do have the kits with rings as well, so check our store or inquire if you need them.
