One of our custom TEC brand Standard transmission overhaul kits. The kit contains all the correct gaskets, bearings, seals, and synchro rings for your transmission. Note: this kit comes with the 1-4 gear synchro rings only. This transmission used different variations of rings for 5th and reverse, so if you need those rings, they will need to be ordered separately. You are sure to get the right parts every time. Plus, you get a breakdown sheet of the transmission. This is a stock # SMK K804 kit for a M5OD-R2 (aka M5R2) five speed transmision, used in Mazda/Ford (F150, Bronco, etc...) 5 speed trucks with 4.2L and up small block engine from 1987-on (tag # should start with E8TA, F0TA, etc..). The kit includes all main bearings, seals, slingers, gaskets (and silicone gasket maker), 1-4 synhcro rings, and other necessary small parts for this transmission. The picture shows the kit with the rings, but ordering this item will get you the kit and rings. This kit is also available without synchro rings, so check our store or inquire if you don't need them.
