One Transgo performance shift kit for a Nissan RE4R01A (electronic automatic overdrive) automatic overdrive transmission. The TransGo Performance Shift Kits provide the Durability, Firmness and Control of a Reprogramming Kit with the convenience of no transmission removal required, no special tools required and comprehensive and easy to follow instructions and installation videos produced for the home mechanic. This particular kit is for use on a 1988-up Nissan RE4R01A transmission (Used in car/truck including Pathfinder, pickups, 300ZX non-turbo, etc...). It will also work in the Mazda version of this trans (mazda calls it R4A-EL) which goes in pickups, MPV, 88-92 RX7... and the subaru 4spd ECAT (aka 4EAT or R4AX-EL) used in most subarus from 1988-up. It is designed to update your automatic transmission with the following features: Holds 1st, 2nd, and 3rd at any RPM. Backshifts at your command. Greater performance and durability. also Designed for Nitrous or Turbo or Supercharging. Has "Trick Valve”: Hot Rod - Street Show Off. This kit is easy to install, but there is no instructional video. The kit does not require removal of the transmission.
