A Transgo SK series shift kit for a Chevy/GM 4T65E electronic automatic overdrive FWD transaxle from 1997-2008. The TransGo SK series Shift Kits provide the valve body enhancements and cures for inherent design problems to make transmissions last (or just to beef up your transmission for better longevity). This particular kit is for use on a GM 4T65-E overdrive transmission 1997-2008 (used in most GM FWD overdrive V6 including monte carlo, lumina, regal, Lesabre, Park Ave, century, grand prix, aurora, etc... Please email for specific applications). You can tell you have a 4T65E because it is electronic overdrive and has a 20 bolt bottom pan. The kit is designed to update your automatic transmission with the following features: For electronic pressure controlled transmission, parts and data included. Prevents long shifts and hard shifts, chatter or on acceleration, no 4th, or lock-up. Addresses Codes P1811 & P0741. This kit comes with very detailed installation instructions, and can be installed without removing the transmission from the vehicle.
